no coffee

Monday night I got three hours of sleep by staying up until 4:50, and last night I got almost five hours of sleep by getting back from Harry Potter at three. Seven hours of sleep in two days is my excuse for not Uta Hagen-ing tonight. I need to be able to see straight to do so.

I cannot believe that we've been rehearsing around three hours a day for eight days and have run through the entirety of an even more complicated than usual Richard III. My school productions simply don't work like that, and when I get back to that style of directing I may lose my mind for want of better time management.

I'm off book through page 24. That's what I got for now, I think it's acceptable for tonight considering my sleep status.

I really enjoy Uta Hagen's style. It is so clear and natural. 

What I enjoyed most out of today is, again, rather unrelated to Richard. You all never cease to crack me up with the smallest comments. I also got a bit of writing done that I'm pretty happy about during the 24 cast run through.

My pun of choice: How do you make holy water? Boil the hell out of it!
