Oh.

I appreciated today. As I try to do with every day.

One day I will bring popcorn in. Or try to, unless I forget, which is likely.

The chair game was great fun. I really didn't have a clue what to expect doing it though I'd seen it just before I participated, but it turned out really fun. Jumping into an assignment like that is a great way to open up to accepting the first notion that comes when interacting with someone in a scene.

It's really comforting to be in a production with so many open people. It helps to bring one out of one's shell. I had the opportunity to talk lightheartedly about Tolkien, which, whenever a situation comes along that allows for something so great, made me happy. I finished a book today that's among my favorites, as well, and it seemed right after that I was suddenly so awake, so attentive. So I started writing a bit and got to share that, which was a freedom in itself.

Where did Alex go? I heard my name and instantly started thinking of excuses--a bad habit from the anomaly that is high school. But it was great to get up and jump into the middle of that scene, and I got to climb the ladder! Oh yes, a great Friday for a great week.
