Quest for Camelot was a creepy movie. But this is a creepy play.

I, essentially, am amazed, and know not what to say.  The character work with Lori was great and really helped me know where to begin with my character, but I honestly can't say I've really figured her out.  It's entirely possible that I'm overthinking my character work, as I tend to overthink everything, but I guess it is a case where overthinking isn't always counterproductive. I at least know how to get there now, and know what to look for. The closing our eyes exercises were such a trip.
We've gotten a lot done, and it feels good.
I also ate about twelve dollars' worth of candy waiting for Harry Potter to start, which does not feel so hot but was worth it.
The facts are: The movies are simply not going to come close to the books for me, ever, really, and Harry Potter wears Chucks.
Also, magic marker is much more difficult to wash off your forehead than you would imagine, and I am now the proud owner of a very legit pair of Party City Harry Potter glasses.
Best costume award goes to whoever was Trelawney.
