First Day!

I am going to try and keep this in some semblance of order, but I don't know how successful that will be. Going into this I was pretty excited to be doing something with my summer mornings rather than wasting half the day sleeping. The warmup was great save the little personal challenge I have with the "plosive" sounds, and despite already working on a show with Ian I have yet to get all of them in the right order at a respectable speed and volume. I hope to rectify this situation by the end of the conservatory. The ring of blind wandering was a little difficult but was a really interesting way to break the figurative ice in touching one and other. Human claymation is always a really wonderful time, and I was quite impressed at all the different interpretations of the same words.

I don't know if we are supposed to comment on the Richard rehearsal, but it's probably better to ask forgiveness than permission on this one. I really enjoyed the readthrough, but I cannot get the mental image of the ten Richards in Dwarves caps all singing "Heigh ho, it's off to murdering princes we go," while someone is screaming "O.M.G! I'm on a boat!"
