Oh...Today

I love musical theatre. Don't get me wrong. But, I have a problem with singing in front of people (yes, I know that I'll have to get over this in order to be on Broadway) so today wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I hated the dance portion most of all. I wanted to shoot my face off...and quite frankly, my feet as well!! But on a happy note, I really enjoyed hearing the brave souls who sang today! You were wonderful!

Today, I realized something. I need to work very, very, very, VERY hard if I want to be on Broadway!!! I knew this before, but it came flying at me full force today!! Who knows, maybe I'm just not cut out for this cut-throat world we call showbiz. I'm way too sensitive. I need to work on that. haha

So so so glad we're almost done with blocking the show so that we can start run throughs!

Can't wait until tomorrow! Oh! And I'm particularly excited for the Improv guy who's coming in sometime this week! Finally! Something I believe to be good at!
